Asphalt Driveway

Asphalt is one of the most common paving choices for driveways.

We will remove the existing surface and clear debris, grade and slope the area for proper water drainage, spread and level the asphalt, and allow it to cool. You’ll need to stay off the driveway for 48 hours after we’re done so it can begin curing.

Chip Seal Driveway

Many homeowners choose chip seal paving (also known as “tar and chip”) over asphalt.

Chip seal is a permanent rock driveway. We pour tar, top it with rock chips, compact it down, and do it all again a second time. This method gives your driveway a rustic look.

Benefits of chip seal driveways include:

  • More durable and lasts longer than loose gravel
  • Can be installed during the colder winter months
  • Gives better traction than asphalt because of its rough surface

Asphalt Sealing

We recommend you seal your asphalt driveway 3-6 months after installation. This waiting period gives the asphalt time to set up.

When it’s time to seal, our team will clear your space of debris, fill any cracks, and apply an oil-based asphalt sealer. We’ll leave your driveway in beautiful shape when we leave.
